Set realistic and achievable emission reduction targets based on your baseline and analysis. We’ll support you in presenting these targets to your management team for approval, ensuring buy-in and securing any necessary resources

Start with the low-hanging fruit! Implement quick wins such as reducing energy, waste or adopting cleaner transport options. Work out timelines and responsibilities for more complex projects, ensuring every step has a clear owner to maintain accountability.

Step 7: Track, Monitor, and Report

Monitor progress regularly by continuing to measure emissions and document reductions. We’ll provide frameworks for tracking and reporting your emissions, using software like the Energy Efficiency Grants for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises scheme. Reporting your reductions not only helps improve business processes but can also be used in communications with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
